Let’s Do This Together

COACHING IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME OR OFFICE

Throughout my journey in life I have always had a desire to help those around me be well. Mentally, physically, emotionally.

While feeling ‘stuck’ in my own life, I started searching for something more. I knew that I had more to offer this world than what I was giving. I realized I wasn’t content in my life, and that it was time to start living the life I wanted to live.

Deep down I knew I needed something more fulfilling for me; for my heart, my soul. I didn’t think I could actually do what would feed me AND make me happy. I had always assumed that work was a means to feed the kids – but it wasn’t feeding my soul, and I wasn’t living life wholeheartedly.

This personal insight started my journey in coaching, ultimately becoming a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. The process is incredibly rewarding and has provided me with a completely transformed perspective of my own life and the lives of those around me.

The most exciting aspect of my new life is being able to create conversations and meaningful connections with people. In my coaching, I use these thoughtful conversations and connections to help guide each person in discovering their own clarity, so that ultimately, we are each leading our most authentic and fulfilled life.

I’m so excited for you to start your journey with me – I’ve been there,  I’m experienced and qualified to help get you where you want to be.

The more we can embrace failure, the more we will be able to open to it and the more confident and resilient we will become.
