So, How Does This All Work?
- As your coach, I am 100% committed to your success.
- I will support our relationship at all times – and that even includes email support in between sessions!
- We will build a supportive and safe relationship while fostering a positive mindset and improving your self awareness, so that you can learn to be proactive against any and all of your possible triggers.
- It’s essential that you feel comfortable; I invite you to bring your own unique sense of humour and an open mind to our coaching sessions.
- Get ready for some movement!
- Coaching is done over the phone or via Zoom Video – you’ll call me at our scheduled time.
- Our first call will last 60-90 minutes, after that, sessions are 45 minutes long.
- Together we will design our coaching relationship to best suit you.
- It is your decision as to what you would like coaching on, and I’ll guide the conversations so that you get the most out of your intention and to ensure we see meaningful results.
- Homework will be given after each coaching session to hold you accountable for your success.
- We will work together in a confidential, honest, open and safe environment at all times.
- I encourage all of my clients to commit to a minimum of 6 months for a successful coaching term.
- As refining and sustaining change can take longer, we can work together on an ‘upkeep’ basis, if you so choose.
