Redefining what it means to be a coach

As a certified ICF Professional Coach, my coaching and training are grounded in applied neuroscience and recognize the importance of nurturing the 'whole person' for enhanced performance.  

My coaching style is not about Band-Aids. My approach is to empower, not to prescribe. I won’t tell you what choice to make or action to take because you know what works better for your life than me.
